Again, just a copy of an official pic... thats why i didn't submit it b4 hand, but it's not that bad so i may aswell

Ok, let me put this a different way, I fairly good at art, so if I wanted I could copy other people work all day. But thats a shit thing to do. Its what you do if you want attention and "watches" and "favs", its not your work, if you copy some ones work from DevART you can get banned, why should you be allowed to steal pro. artists work? You copied someone elses work and people are telling your good.

That's a really harsh thing to say, there can be many good reasons to want to copy a professional's work, firstly, they're professionals (obviously) and have acredited drawing skills, by copying their work people can learn first-hand what techniques they use, it's especially useful when drawing something you're unfamilar with.

Also he's fully acknowledged that he copied it, he's not claiming it as his own work, and from the quote you used he's simply acknowledging that he's done well, even though he's copied it he's still had to draw and colour it himself, and the fact he has got it to look like the official artwork itself is something to be credited.
